The University of Florida was the "Milestone" stadium for NCAA Next-Gen; ie, it was the first stadium in game, and the stadium that set the precedent for modeling, texturing, and lighting (including budget, scheduled time, etc...). Consequently, it was also the stadium used in all the first round of reviews, including the executive review. I was tasked with overhauling the modeling, scene clean up, and texturing, as well as working with the development department on early pipeline issues that needed to be ironed out in order to get a stadium up and running in the game. Basically, what was learned on this stadium set the precedent for every NCAA stadium to follow.
