Concept packaging for a fictional candy called, Law Breakers, these little treats come in mini “confidential” folders containing an answer to the question “Who?”, “What?”, “Where?”, and “Why?” to solve “how” the lawbreaker’s crime was committed. Each package of lawbreaker candy solves a “crime” and comes with five folders of candy and clues in one briefcase.
